Our Principals

		John W. McDermott is the President of LaSalle St. Securities LLC. He serves as the President of each of the affiliated financial companies including LaSalle St. Investment Advisors, LLC (LSIA) and Tilden Loucks & Woodnorth (Securities and Exchange Commission Registered Investment Advisory firms). Mr. McDermott is a graduate of Drake University and has been involved in the securities industry since 1973.
		Daniel Schlesser is the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of LaSalle St. Securities, LLC. A securities industry veteran since 1986, Mr. Schlesser is an alumnus of the University of Illinois, Class of '84. Dan is FINRA licensed with series 7, 27, 24, and 65.
		Jay Carstensen serves as chief Investment officer of LSIA and oversees various aspects of the company. Mr. Carstensen served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1967 to 1973. He received his undergraduate degree with honors from Simpson College. He also attended graduate programs at Drake and Loyola Universities. Mr. Carstensen is First Vice President of LaSalle St. Securities, LLC. (an affiliate of LSIA.) He has been employed in the securities industry since 1973. He is FINRA licensed with series 4, 7, 24,and 65.
